April 2009 Survey  Survey of members, April 2009 Welcome to our first membership survey.  The board is making efforts to improve the way it serves its membership, so it is interested in a little information about you.  All of this information will be kept completely confidential.  Your anonymity will always be preserved.  None of this information will be provided to anyone other than Board members.  You will not be subscribed to any email lists. Please be honest in your answers so that we can serve you better. There are 24 questions in this survey. A Note On Privacy This survey is anonymous. The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey.
